Red Team Operator Cohort Now Open

Applications are now open for the next cohort of Red Team Operators contributing to Surgical Cyber India. We are actively looking for experienced practitioners who want to contribute to high-impact offensive security engagements alongside our existing team.

• Demonstrated experience in red team or adversarial simulation operations
• Strong understanding of attacker tradecraft and TTPs
• Experience operating against modern detection stacks (EDR, XDR, SIEM)
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to responsible practice

Red Team Operators at Surgical Cyber India lead and execute adversarial simulations for our clients, develop operational playbooks, and contribute to our internal research on offensive techniques and detection engineering.
